1. Responsibilities of Customer and Company
– Maintain and register vehicles periodically in accordance with the law
– Make sure the vehicle is fully equipped with equipment and documents (vehicle insurance, fire extinguisher...) according to the provisions of law
– Take legal responsibility for the origin and ownership of the vehicle
– Ensure a team of reputable drivers, many years of experience, attentive and enthusiastic
– The company will support customers to issue invoices upon request
– Make sure the vehicle is present on time, with the correct vehicle photo sent to customers for reference before closing the vehicle.
– Respect the regulations and travel itinerary agreed upon by both parties.
– Customers do not request to enter prohibited roads
– Car rental time is calculated from the time the customer receives the car to the time the customer returns the car. If you use the vehicle beyond the agreed time or period, you must pay an additional fee.
– Customers ensure the correct number of vehicles for each type of vehicle

2. Contract cancellation policy
After successfully depositing the rental, customers can contact to cancel the contract via the company's hotline in the following cases:
– In case the garage cannot meet customer requirements according to the signed contract (The bus company will refund 100% the amount the customer has deposited)
– No need to rent a car anymore (notify the company 7 days before closing the contract)
- Customers who cancel without reason or do not notify the bus company in advance to reschedule the vehicle will lose their deposit when they have booked the vehicle according to a previous agreement between both parties.
3. Return regulations
– Customers have the right to cancel the car rental provided that they have only just booked, have not yet finalized and have not deposited/paid.
– In case a deposit has been made, the customer must pay a fee of 10-20% of the contract value.
**Note: No late changes or used rental cars will be accepted
4. Pricing and payment policy
Total car rental cost is calculated = Car rental price – (Deposit + Discount)
– Car rental price: Prices are announced according to the type of car you want to rent. Car rental prices are calculated by the hour, car rental costs can increase or decrease depending on the time, usually the rental price will be higher on weekends and holidays.
– Deposit: When finalizing the car rental, a deposit will be made to the company 10-20% for the total value of the trip
– Discount: Some car owners have discount policies for trips lasting a week or a month (average reduction from 5 to 20% depending on specific time)
**Note: After receiving the contract from the car owner, customers need to make a deposit to the company 10-20% for the total car rental cost. And the rest, you pay the company by one of the following forms of transfer via the company account or pay directly to the driver at the end of the trip.
